Refund and Returns Policy

1. Customer Cancellation

100% Refund

Customers are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

50% Refund

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before the service schedule will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service
  • Customer fails to appear (no-show)
  • Incorrect customer information causes service failure

2. Cancellation by Us

If the service is canceled by our company due to operational issues, customers may choose:

  • Rescheduling the service, or
  • Receiving a full 100% refund

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Transaction Fees

Administrative fees charged by payment gateways or banks may be non-refundable depending on the provider’s policy.

5. Force Majeure

Refund requests related to force majeure events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
