A complete pickup request helps your driver prepare and reduces back-and-forth messages while you are travelling. Use this checklist before your Bali arrival.
Send the passenger name used for the booking, airline, flight number, arrival date and scheduled landing time. Double-check the date if your flight crosses midnight or departs from another time zone.
Provide the full name and address of your hotel or villa. A map link is valuable for smaller properties, private villas and accommodations located away from a main road. Include the reservation name if it differs from the passenger name.
State the total number of travellers and describe your luggage. Mention oversized suitcases, surfboards, wheelchairs, strollers or other equipment. If you are travelling with children, ask about suitable seating arrangements before confirming.
Share a mobile or WhatsApp number that will be active after landing. Keep the operator’s contact details available offline in case airport Wi-Fi or mobile data is unreliable.
Before the day, review the meeting instructions, total fare, payment status and cancellation terms. If the airline changes your flight number or arrival time, notify the operator as soon as you can.
